What happens past my included minutes?
You are billed the per-minute rate shown on your plan, and you can set a spending cap in Billing so the meter is never a surprise.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month. Cancel from your Billing page whenever you like and you keep access to the end of the period you already paid for.
What if I want to stop?
Cancel anytime from your Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Your billing address sets the charge currency. Each price is set in that currency, so it does not change with the exchange rate.

Before you pick a plan.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Forward your number to the one your plan includes, or give out the new one. Included numbers cost nothing extra. Local numbers are available in the United States, Canada and Estonia; other European countries open once their local registration is approved.
How long does setup take?
Nothing to install. Your workspace is ready in under a minute after payment; then pick a number, write your greeting, and paste in your hours and services.
What happens when two people call at once?
Both are answered. No plan limits simultaneous calls, so a second caller hears your greeting, not a busy signal.
Will callers know it's an AI?
You write your receptionist's greeting. A workspace setting has the assistant first say it is an automated assistant and that the call is transcribed: on by default in Canadian and European workspaces, always on in European ones, and off by default in United States and Asia-Pacific ones.
What if it cannot answer something?
It takes a message, records what the caller wanted, and can transfer to a person instead of guessing.
Is scheduling an extra charge?
No. Every plan includes District Scheduling: your own booking page, in your workspace's region, with your hours, appointment types and reminder emails. Turn it on from Scheduling in your dashboard.
